My video is blurry? What do I do?
  1. Check if Google Chrome is up to date, try clearing cache & cookies and restart browser.
  2. On video call, click on 3 dots at the right bottom corner.
  3. Select Video Quality accordingly.

How to Host a Video Call for Non Members?
  1. Go to homepage.
  2. On the top right corner, select Host a Video Call Option
  3. Type in your email address.
  4. Check your personal mailbox for the video host link.
How to Start a Video Call for Members?
  1. Login to your account
  2. Select Host a video call.
  3. Start a new meeting by typing in the header/agenda.
  4. Select Go
Each time that I want to start a video call, it does not prompt me to enter Host login credentials.
  1. When logged into your video call, select “More Actions” from the bottom right of your screen (3 dots).
  2. Select your name (should be top choice)
Under Authenticate, select Logout
